This website is operated by Cresencia Fine Jewelry. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

3. Made-to-Order Production

All Cresencia pieces are made to order.

Production typically takes 2–3 weeks before shipment
Production timelines cannot be expedited
Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

We allow order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period:

Orders are considered final
No modifications or cancellations can be made

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

Change pricing at any time
Correct pricing errors
Refuse or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing

Payment must be received in full before production begins.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship after the 2–3 week production period
Shipping is limited to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states)
Signature is required upon delivery
All orders are fully insured during transit

We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Once a package is marked as delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Non-returnable (final sale) items include:

Items with a retail price of $995 or higher (regardless of discounts)
Items not in original condition with tags and packaging
Worn, damaged, or altered items

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

8. Warranty & Repairs

All items include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage due to misuse or accidents
Lost or stolen items

Repairs outside warranty may be available for a fee.

9. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or high-risk.

This may include:

Mismatched billing and shipping information
Unusual purchasing patterns
Failed payment authorization or verification

We may request additional verification before processing an order. Failure to provide requested information may result in cancellation.

10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at [your email here] to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

Provide proof of delivery, signature confirmation, and order details to dispute chargebacks
Deny future purchases from customers who file fraudulent or abusive disputes

11. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on our site is complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.

12. Intellectual Property

Carrier disruptions
Supply chain interruptions
Labor shortages
Government actions

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as possible.

15. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.
