Orders & Shipping


Are your pieces ready to ship?

Each Cresencia piece is made to order, crafted specifically for you to ensure the highest level of quality and detail.

How long does production take?

Our manufacturing process typically takes 2–3 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

When will my order ship?

Once your piece is complete, it will be shipped immediately. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it leaves our studio.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

How are orders shipped?

All Cresencia orders are shipped via trusted, fully insured carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and securely.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes. All orders require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

This ensures your package is not left unattended and is received directly by you or an authorized recipient- an industry-standard practice for fine jewelry shipments.

We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign (such as a home, office, or secure delivery location).

Is my order insured during shipping?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured for the value of your order while in transit.

This protects your purchase against loss, damage, or theft until it is successfully delivered and signed for.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All orders must be shipped to a valid residential or business address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

What happens if I’m not available to sign for delivery?

If no one is available to sign:

  • The carrier will attempt delivery again or
  • Hold your package at a local facility for pickup
  • We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a smooth delivery.

What happens once my order is marked as delivered?

Once your package is marked as delivered and signed for, Cresencia is no longer responsible for the shipment.

If there are any issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as all deliveries are insured and documented.

  • Orders ship after the 2–3 week made-to-order production period

  • All packages are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging for security

  • Tracking details are provided once your order ships

Order Changes & Cancellations


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed.

We can accommodate changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.

What if I entered the wrong details (address, size, etc.)?

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cresenciajewelry.com. We will do our best to update your order if it has not yet entered production.

Can production be rushed?

At this time, production timelines cannot be expedited. Each piece is carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality.


Returns & Exchanges


What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging with tags attached.

Are all items eligible for return?

No. The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Items with a retail price of $995 or higher (regardless of discounts or promotions applied at checkout)
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Worn, damaged, or altered pieces

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order and return your eligible item for a refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


Warranty & Repairs


Do your pieces come with a warranty?

Yes. All Cresencia pieces include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
  • Loose stones due to setting issues
  • Faults in craftsmanship or structure
  • If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

What is not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, fading over time)
  • Damage from improper care, accidents, or misuse
  • Lost or stolen items

Do you offer repairs outside of warranty?

Yes. We’re happy to assist with repairs outside of the warranty period or for damage not covered. Fees may apply depending on the repair.

How do I request a repair?

Please contact us at support@cresenciajewelry.com with your order number and a description (or photos) of the issue. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are 100% real diamonds—they have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds, just created in a modern, controlled environment.

Cresencia pieces are crafted from solid 14k gold and premium lab-grown diamonds, designed for everyday wear. With proper care, your jewelry will maintain its brilliance for years to come.

To preserve its beauty:

  • Remove jewelry before workouts, swimming, or heavy activity
  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and household chemicals
  • Put jewelry on last when getting ready, and remove it first at the end of the day

How should I clean my jewelry?

Regular, gentle cleaning helps maintain shine and clarity.

At-home cleaning:

  • Fill a bowl with warm water and a small amount of mild dish soap
  • Soak your jewelry for 10–15 minutes
  • Gently clean with a soft toothbrush, especially around the stone setting
  • Rinse thoroughly with clean water
  • Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners (unless approved), or abrasive materials, as they can damage the finish.

How should I store my jewelry?

  • Proper storage is key to preventing scratches and maintaining long-term quality.
  • Store each piece separately to avoid scratching (diamonds can scratch other jewelry)
  • Keep jewelry in a soft-lined box, pouch, or its original packaging
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity and direct sunlight

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes, our pieces are designed for daily wear. However, removing your jewelry during high-impact activities will help preserve its longevity and brilliance over time.

Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?

Solid 14k gold will not tarnish, but it can develop minor surface scratches with wear. Regular cleaning and proper storage will keep your piece looking its best.

How can I keep my diamonds looking their best?

When should I have my jewelry checked?

How do I know my ring size?

Our rings follow standard U.S. sizing, which can be easily found using online sizing guides or by visiting a local jeweler for the most accurate fit. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is often more comfortable.
